Leo Lätti (born June 9, 1957 in Tallinn) is a cartoonist and multiplier. Leo Lätti studied art education at Tallinn 22nd Secondary School and Tallinn Pedagogical Institute. In 1982, alongside his studies, he managed to become an animator for Rein Raamat's animated film "Hell" (1983). "Hell" was later followed by the first part of "Naksitrallid".
