Fujio Yamadai, the third generation leader of Japan's largest organized crime group, Tamba-gumi, has passed away due to illness. Yamatatsu group leader Tatsuo Yamanaka (Hakuryu), who has become acting group leader, recommends Tamba group leader Kazuhisa Takemoto (Hitoshi Ozawa) to Kashira.
